This year-round maintenance formula meets the nutritional requirements for healthy, non-breeding, non-moulting birds including canaries, budgies (parakeets), cockatiels, doves, lovebirds, conures, parrotlets, pigeons and other small birds.
The Adult Lifetime Mash is a coarse powder for birds that prefer a powder rather than a solid piece. It is minimally processed - some ingredients are toasted and rolled, but the diet is not pelletized or extruded. It can be served 'as is', or can be sprinkled onto fruit or moistened with fruit juice or water and then shaped as needed.
An Adult Lifetime formula may be offered after a bird has completed a dietary program of a High Potency formula for a period of 6 months.
Also for birds with certain dietary sensitivities - this formula does not contain the following items:- peanuts- sunflower seeds- corn
Storage: Harrison's Bird Foods do not contain artificial preservatives. Once opened, a bag of Harrison's should be used up within 8 weeks. Storing food in fridge or freezer helps maintain freshness.
