A legal disclaimer
If the item is damaged, not what you ordered or not the correct quantity then you must contact us to make us aware of this and you have 7 days from the delivery.
If one or more of the above should happen then what we offer would be a refund or replacement of the same item shipped out the next working day.
If you should require a refund we only process this on the same card used to purchase the item, we do not send refunds to another card.
Shipping Policy - the basics
We use a delivery courier to deliver all items purchased by you to the delivery address you give when you buy from us.
Our standard delivery is 3-5 days
Items that are in stock will be packed and shipped the next working day. Please be aware that bigger items i.e cages will take 3-5 days
If your order contains an item which is currently out of stock but due in the next few days, we will wait until the whole order can be despatched together. Should an item be particularly urgent please do not hesitate to call on 01635 268753 and we will be happy to help.
If ordering larger items i.e cages please contact before making the order so we can double check the cage is in stock as it is shipped directly from the warehouse
Once you have received your delivery the items are then owned by you and we will not be held be liable for loss or destruction.
