Refund Policy - the basics

A refund will only be issued if

The item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know, and we will offer a refund

If the item is returned to us in the same condition it was received and it is, un opened, unused and not damaged

If the item or items are returned within 10 days of it being delivered to you

A refund will be only be refunded to the card that the item or items was purchased from.
