The full payment for the goods you order must be received before we can accept your order. Thank you for your understanding.
At this present time we only deliver in the UK, should we change this in the future we will update the terms and conditions.
We strive to produce accurate pricing on our website; however, errors may occasionally occur. If we identify a pricing error, we will promptly reach out to you to confirm whether you would like proceed with the purchase or cancel the order. In the event that we cannot make contact, we will consider the order cancelled.
The prices for the goods you order are clearly displayed on our website. All prices include the standard rate of 20% VAT for your convenience. Thank you for shopping with us!
It is the customers responsibility to use a payment method that is registered to them or have permission to use by the registered owner as well as making sure there is sufficient funds available.
Please note that all goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery services. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, feel free to reach out!
Delivery is made to the same address when you make the purchase, we will not be able to change this once you have purchased the items. Should any product be damaged, not correct or not the right quantity we can we can refund or exchange for the same item, this must be completed within 10 days of delivery.
In stock items will be shipped the next the day, if you have ordered an item that is no longer in stock then we will contact you and offer a refund for that item. Cages are despatched straight from the warehouse, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
We will always do our best to deliver your on time and in good condition. However, we wont be responsible for delays, non delivery, or damage caused by events beyond our control such as flood, fire, extreme weather conditions and industrial strikes.
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery information, contact details and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us for the supply of goods. No statement shall be regarded as a variation of these terms or as an authorised representation regarding the nature of quality of any goods.
